Project Description

Goal:

Improve alignment between designers and developers in order to deliver a consistent experience for our customers.

Results:

Led a team of designers and developers in the work required to set up and use a fully functioning Design System.

Key milestones included:

  • Researching best tools for creating a shareable and easily maintainable Design System
  • Defining a new design to developement process aimed to improve consistency.
  • Implementing new key design improvements and standards within this new Design System structure.
