Creating product strategy at the intersection of customer value, business goals, and technical possibilities.
While at Bestseller and de Bijenkorf, I was responsible for defining a UX vision based on customer research towards meeting business goals, working on cross functional teams for the .com digital experience. Now at G-Star, I manage a team of Product Owners and UX designers responsible for optimizing and elevating the digital experience of both the .com and App.
Understanding the importance of design consistency in order to scale design delivery, I’ve now had the opportunity to lead cross functional Design System project teams now at three e-commerce companies. All three of the projects led to increased design capacity, consistent customer experience, and more efficient onboarding.
I believe in a customer centric approach, where continous customer discovery leads to an iterative design & delivery of solutions meeting customer needs and business goals. At G-Star, I’ve followed a design thinking, customer centric approach in leading a successful organizational wide Hackathon & innovation program.
