Services

Start small. Build real. Transfer ownership.

Three tiers. Most engagements start with a Framing Session and move up only if there's a real product worth building.

Tier 1

Framing Session

90 minutes to half day

What happens
A structured working session using Context → Goals → Constraints to turn a vague AI or product idea into a clear, buildable brief.
You walk away with
A written brief that's ready to build from, plus a shared understanding of what's in and out of scope.
Who it's for
Teams testing whether there's a real product here before committing budget.
Investment
€950 (90 minutes) to €1,500 (half day).

Tier 2

Build Sprint

1 to 2 weeks

What happens
I learn the real need, then build a working product with AI-assisted development. Not a prototype or a clickable mock-up: something your team can actually use on the problem you defined.
You walk away with
A working product, in your hands, solving the problem you brought.
Who it's for
Teams that need to prove AI value with something real, fast.
Investment
From €6,000 for one week, €10,000 to €12,000 for two.

Tier 3

Build & Embed

Build Sprint + a training block

What happens
Everything in the Build Sprint, plus hands-on internal training in the same framing method, taught against your real product, not slides.
You walk away with
The tool, and a team that can keep extending it after I leave.
Who it's for
Teams who've watched previous work “sit in a box” and want that not to happen again.
Investment
From €9,500 (a Build Sprint plus a structured training block).
Discuss a project
Optional add-on

AI Literacy / Team Enablement

A smaller, practical session to get a wider group comfortable with AI-assisted work. Indicative from €1,500 per group. May be eligible for support under the Dutch SLIM subsidy scheme (up to 60% of costs for SMEs). Eligibility for your team depends on how the engagement is structured; happy to advise.

The ladder, not a menu

You don't have to know which tier you need. A Framing Session tells us both, and its output feeds straight into a Build Sprint if that's the right next step.
